The Quirky Cook Traditional Piccalilli is an award-winning product.  In 2016, it received a Great Taste Award, organised by the Guild of Fine Food and acknowledged as the benchmark for fine food and drink.  To add to that accolade, it has also been described by Marco Pierre White as "beautiful, with respect".  Worthy testaments to a successful recipe that took almost two years to perfect.....

In 2015 the Quirky Cook began experimenting with Black Garlic, an artisan product organically grown by the award-winning South West Garlic Farm in Dorset. This resulted in the creation of innovative recipes for chutneys and relishes, offering a sensory experience.  Onion & Apple with Black Garlic Chutney made its debut in March 2016, shortly followed by two delicious relishes, Caramelised Onion and Tomato & Chilli.
