Traditional Piccalilli has always been a firm favourite in The Quirky Cook portfolio and an award-winning product.  In 2016, it received a Great Taste Award - organised by the Guild of Fine Food and acknowledged as the benchmark for fine food and drink.  To add to that accolade, it has been described by Marco Pierre White as "beautiful, with respect".  Worthy testaments to a successful recipe that took almost two years to perfect.....

In 2015 The Quirky Cook created a number of recipes using Black Garlic; an artisan ingredient organically grown by the award-winning South West Garlic Farm in Dorset.  As a result, Onion & Apple with Black Garlic Chutney made its debut in March 2016, shortly followed by The Black Garlic Collection.  This range of unique, innovative chutneys and relishes offer a sensory experience.

The Quirky Cook is proud to be the first UK food producer to use Black Garlic in chutneys and relishes.
